Find how to reply to emails using impersonation and report emails as phishing

Replying to emails using Impersonation

As a player if your Facilitator gives you permissions, you can have access to multiple inboxes in the email channel to:

• check different emails sent to different personas

• reply to emails impersonating different people

• create new emails sent from different people

To change the inbox you need to click the persona's picture appearing in the channel.

Reporting emails

Allows players to report suspicious email content as phishing.

Phishing reports are presented to Exercise Control in the following ways:

• Review tab in the Facilitator Dashboard

• The Pulse Conversation widget.

Report an email as phishing by clicking the three dots on the top right of the email and then click report phishing.
