GoSocial (Facebook/Linkedin)

GoSocial is a dedicated channel that emulates social media like Facebook or Linkedin. This channel allows recreating organisation and personal pages, where to comment and post as in real life.

Customising the GoSocial page

Customise the look of the GoSocial page in Style and Channel configuration. From here find the GoSocial channel from the dropdown.

Consider customising the channel to simulate your company page, so you can rehearse how to manage comments and posts during a crisis.

Generating GoSocial content

Create GoSocial content in the MEL by adding an inject and selecting the GoSocial channel. Edit the metrics to include comments, likes, and shares on the post, and add actual comments in the 'Past comments' section.

Select where you want the post to appear:

• specific page: if you want the post to appear on a specific page click this drop down and select the organisation

• independent post: if it is an independent post leave this dropdown blank
