Historical content allows you to create content that the players will see when they first log in so the channel seems more realistic. This content does not have to be directly relevant to the exercise/crisis.
You can generate Historical content manually or import some from a .csv file. Historical content is generated within personas on the channel where you want it to appear. This is relevant for all social media channels and the Website channel.
In organisations historical content is called 'Past articles' but the same process applies
You can create the content for your past articles manually or by using AI:
To use the AI Assistant: click the 'use AI Assistant' button and enter a topic, the more detailed you are the better results you will generate. The Assistant will generate 3 messages per request unless you reach the limit of 9 historical content messages per channel.
Manually: Click the green plus button and manually create your past articles.
Enhance realism
To enhance the realism of historical content on social media, include specific details like the date and time of past articles. Use the 'Apply Influence' feature to add interactions such as comments, likes, and shares.
