Team upload via Facilitator Dashboard

• Facilitators can upload a spreadsheet of players directly to facilitator dashboard without using the scenario editor

• Preview teams and players before uploading

• Upload teams to replace existing ones

• Know who is logged in (a green dot beside a player's name indicates that they are logged into the exercise)

• Search for specific players across teams

• Add/ remove players

• Assign positions/ roles

Manually add team members

To add a team member live during the exercise navigate to the Teams tab in the Facilitator Dashboard. Once here click the Edit button, then Add audience. Type in your audiences details and click save.

Upload teams via CSV file

Import your teams list quickly using a CSV file. To do this, click 'Import from file'.

Then, click the magnifying glass to locate the locally stored CSV file from your laptop.

The CSV file column headers are the same as used in the Teams area of the scenario editor

You will then see a preview of the teams before committing to upload.
