Impersonation allows role-players to adopt any persona, engage in interactions from multiple viewpoints, and access their inboxes. You can customise the setup so that all players, selected individuals, or specific role-players can impersonate during the exercise.
Impersonation requires players to have positions created and assigned. See more on setting up impersonation here.
Add dynamic and realistic content produced on the spot by players or role-players, posting on behalf of the personas of your scenario
give in-world feedback live to your players
Impersonation can be an effective tool for enhancing communication during the exercise. You might encourage participants to discuss topics tied to your specific training objectives.
For example, if the key objectives in my exercise were to ensure that the TA communicate effectively, this might involve actions such as developing a plan, establishing common goals, and clarifying the situation. When impersonating, prompts to guide participants to engage in meaningful conversations may include the following:
"What steps do we need to take to move forward effectively?"
"What resources do we need to implement this plan successfully?"
Some uses of this features are for example:
Players to post official statements from the company's account
Role-players to impersonate other people
To change your persona in the Twitter Channel, players need to click your profile picture above the twitter feed to see the dropdown list and select the one they want to use:
