Persona libraries

Persona libraries allow you to reuse personas.

An exercise library has one persona library used across all scenarios in that library. Making a change to a persona will affect all scenarios in that library

Importing personas

Step 1 - select source of personas

In the persona library click Import, and then you can choose where to import a persona from - your exercise libraries or from a file

Step 2 - select, copy or replace personas

Replacing a persona

Only the persona attributes shown are replaceable via drag-and-drop. To replace the whole persona including historic articles, GPS location etc you'll need to use the bulk editing option.

Drag-and-drop to replace - you'll be asked which fields you want to keep and replace

Exporting personas

You can export personas using the button shown below.
