Exercise libraries

Exercise libraries share the same personas across all exercises in that library - if you change a persona in one exercise you're actually updating the library so it'll change in the other exercises that share that library.
Navigate to the Folder Icon > select the Library drop-down > Add new library.
Every library has a default scenario.
You can right-click to rename it or click Add scenario to add an additional exercise to this library so that it can share the library's assets.
Organise libraries into folders so that can be more easily found.
Drag and drop libraries into a folder
Navigate to the folder icon > Share library/scenario
This is often referred to in Conducttr slang as "generating a sharefile"
We recommend that when sharing exercises you share the whole library as this is usually more convenient for the recieving party. If you only share "current scenario" then the recipient will need to create a new library and import that exercise into that library.
You can import a library or a single exercise. A single exercise needs to be imported into a library - so you will likely need to create a new empty library to hold it. If you're importing a more recent revision of an existing scenario then you'll likely add to the same library.
Navigate to the folder icon > select the Library drop-down> Add new library.
Library files have the extension .txplib Files with the .txp extension are older first generation files.
If you're importing a single scenario, you'll find the option in File>Scenario drop-down.
Create a new, empty library if this is a new scenario.
This is NOT the preferred option for sharing exercises. It's available as an option for specific situations when it's the last option for recovering a scenario
This will add a new exercise using data currently active in your Space (for example, if uploaded by a collaborator). We recommend that you create a new empty library before downloading.
Only for Conducttr Local users
This option is available to transfer an exercise from Conducttr Cloud and Conducttr Local.
Note that when you package for Local, only Conducttr-hosted videos will be transferred and no external website URLs will work (assuming Local has no internet connection).
Save and then transfer the .txpk file to the Local machine. On the Local machine, follow the Add Library step described above and select your .txpk file. All the assets will be unpacked and when finished you can work on Local as you do on the Cloud.
