The checklist feature is a customizable tool that allows you to create and monitor objectives. These objectives can be actively monitored and checked off in real-time through the Facilitator Dashboard as players achieve them.
Its versatility is useful for confirming training objectives or reminding players of expected activities.

Who should be assigned the Checklist special permission?
Observers should be given access to the checklist special permission so they can review exercise objectives and provide live comments during the exercise. This allows the Facilitator to focus on running the exercise.
Evaluation (AAR) & Checklist
Utilise the Evaluation (AAR) special permission alongside the checklist. Assign Evaluation (AAR) to enable your observers to make comments directly next to the checklist objectives.
Assign the checklist special permission via the Facilitator Dashboard beneath Teams. Here you assign the Checklist special permission by dragging and dropping it to your desired player and clicking Save Changes.
Players with the Checklist special permission can access the Checklist channel in their Virtual Desktop.
To mark an objective as completed, simply click the checkbox. To leave an AAR comment next to an objective, click the speech bubble and write your comment. A green speech bubble indicates a comment has been made.
Moderators can view the checklist status of all designated players when exporting the AAR report. All information, including AAR comments, will be included in the exercise report. Find your exercise reports in the Review tab.
