⚡Why is a channel still showing?
The presence of historical content on social media channels is often the reason they continue to appear when trying to remove them.
Step 1 - Navigate to Personas
Navigate to personas and locate the 'bulk persona editing' icon and export channel status.
Step 2 - Modify spreadsheet
Put the value of each persona to 0 on the spreadsheet for the channel you wish to delete.
Step 3 - Re-import
Re-import the spreadsheet and your personas will be updated.
Step 4 - Navigate to Virtual desktop
Ensure that your exercise is set to 'show channel icon on first message'
