Log in as Persona
"Logging in as a persona" avoids having to explain Impersonation to players and it's a good idea if they need to occupy a particular role rather than many.
When would I do this?
Choose this option when:
You want to role-play as one consistent stakeholder throughout the exercise
Design setup
The persona must have:
An email address
Matches playerenabledA pre-registered team
It's important your chosen persona has an email address because this will be the email address you need to log in to the exercise in player view of the facilitator dashboard
To set this up:
In the Editor, go to the Personas tab and select the desired persona and tick Matches player:

To make the persona a team member go to Teams under Configuration in the Editor.
Click Add personas so all personas that have the Matches player option enabled will be automatically added to the team table with their assigned email addresses. Make sure to toggle password on for email registration.

During the exercise...
In the player view in the facilitator dashboard, log in with the (persona's) email address and password set in Configuration.

Now the player can role-play as this persona/stakeholder

Once logged in, the player is only seen as the matching persona.
