Capturing Observations

Observers are a specific role that allows people in addition to the Facilitator to have access to the Facilitator Dashboard. During an exercise you may assign your observers the role of capturing observations. Observers can capture observations via the Assessment Toolkit, Checklist or AAR feature.

Locate the Assessment Toolkit in the Review tab in the Facilitator Dashboard. The checklist and AAR features are both special permissions which need to be assigned in the Teams tab in order for them to appear. To find out more about AAR see here.
