Conducttr uses different parameters to ensure personas can achieve improved individuality:

• Identity - this includes setting the empathy level, which is the degree of conflict/conciliation the persona uses when expressing itself

• Communication Style - this includes defining the persona/faction's way of communicating, including: tone, style, and accent

• Cognitive Profile - this includes beliefs the persona holds that affect their motivation and action
