How To Assign Roles and Positions

Roles and Positions can be assigned with the Scenario Editor or the Facilitator Dashboard.

Assign in Scenario Editor

In the Scenario Editor, go to Players > Teams to populate the Team Table.

Assign in Facilitator Dashboard

In the Facilitator Dashboard navigate to Teams then Edit. Here you can edit your players roles and positions, click Save to see these changes.

Renaming Roles & Groups

1. Use Players > Roles & Groups

2. Click pencil icon to edit

Creating Positions in Personas

Positions can be created and assigned directly in Personas by selecting a persona > add Permissions.

Publishing content to positions

In the Events List, you can select a position to publish to in the inject details.

You can also create new positions here: select Add Position from the drop-down. Type the name of your Position and click the green tick to create it.

Renaming Positions

Rename your Positions by navigating to Players> Positions in the Scenario Editor. Here you will find icons to either edit or delete them.
