Summary
This release delivers an upgrade to Colibri’s reporting tools, giving you new ways to access, filter, and compare self-paced exercise data.
Report Improvements for Colibri Exercises
There are now four new report types - Full, Track, Comparison, and Exception. You can find them under the "Review" tab, in the Facilitator Dashboard.

1. Colibri Reports
Colibri reports display only data points. When creating an exercise, the designer must add a data point to the questions or decision moments they want included in the report.
Reports display both choice selections and open-text responses.
Under the Colibri Report option, you’ll find the following types:
full report
track report
compare report

1.1 Full Colibri Report
Shows all data point results from choices and open-text reply answers.
1.2 Track Report
What’s New: A filtered view that lets you focus on participants who have reached or passed a specific data point.
⚙ How It Works:
Before downloading, choose “Track Report” and select a single data point. The report will list all participants who reached that data point, enabling progress tracking.
Use Case Example: quickly see which participants have completed a critical checkpoint in training.
1.3 Comparison Report
What’s New: Compare results across two selected data points.
⚙ How It Works:
Select any two data points from the list. The report will show results for all participants at both points.
Use Case Example: Who selected "pay ransom" and reached "exercise complete"
2. Exception Report
What’s New: Identify participants who have not started the exercise nor reached the first data point.
⚙ How It Works:
Based on the team list uploaded by the facilitator, the report will show only those who haven’t reached the first data point. Participants who have passed it will not appear. Internally, the system checks who has reached that first milestone.
Use Case Example: Quickly spot team members who still need to begin their training.
Bug Fixes
SSO registration and project duplication.

Headlines - What's New in This Release
This release brings streamlined workflows, fresh UI upgrades, and full accessibility compliance—making scenario design and delivery faster, clearer, and more inclusive than ever.
Improvements & New Features
All Solutions
Accessibility Improvements Across Platforms
What’s Improved We've implemented key accessibility updates across our entire platform—including the Website, AXS, Player View, Facilitator, Worlds, and Editor—to align with the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
Additionally, you can now navigate more efficiently within the Editor using the Tab key to move through interface elements, making the experience smoother and more accessible for all users.
Exercise Editor
Pattern of Life - streamlined
What’s Improved We've streamlined the way designers add buttons and Stax in the PoL Deck in the Editor, making it much more intuitive to assign and manage Stax.
⚙ How It Works
Clicking an empty button space now automatically creates a new button with a Stax attached.
When a button is selected, it takes you directly to the related Stax tab.
The button name is now derived from the Stax name—saving screen space and reducing UI clutter. You can change the button name directly on Edit button title.
Deleting a button does not delete the associated Stax—helpful if you want to reassign it later.
A visual dot indicator shows which Stax are attached to the Deck.
Stax created in the Stax tab will only link to a button when dragged and dropped:
If dropped on an empty space: a new button is created.
If replacing an existing Stax: the old one is swapped for the new.
Use Case Example Let’s say you’re setting up an exercise. With this update, you can quickly populate your PoL Deck by dragging Stax directly onto buttons. It's especially helpful during rapid setup scenarios, like tailoring last-minute exercises.
Smartwords - improved
What’s Improved You now have a more powerful and intuitive way to manage Smartwords across your scenarios. This revamp introduces a fully redesigned Smartwords Library with folders, inline editing, and embedded panels—giving you clearer organisation, better localisation support, and faster authoring experiences.
⚙ How It Works
Smartwords are now scoped per exercise, eliminating cross-contamination from unrelated scenarios.
Easily organise Smartwords using folders. Deleting a folder does not delete the Smartwords—they’re moved to "Unassigned."
Directly access Smartwords from within MEL or PoL editors—no more switching views.
Typing
{data.}now brings up a searchable dropdown, letting you find and insert Smartwords quickly.Simply drag Smartwords from the library into your content fields for instant placement.
Smartwords are automatically imported or updated when a scenario is published.
Use Case Example Let’s say you're designing a multilingual crisis simulation. Now you can easily segment Smartwords for different regions using folders, access them directly while editing injects, and prepare for localisation using the inline search and replace-ready format. This overhaul reduces setup time and boosts accuracy when managing terminology across large exercises.
"Get from Ventura" Overhaul
What’s Improved We've redesigned the Get from Ventura experience to make browsing and selecting scenarios faster. With a new card-based layout, instant asset previews, and fewer clicks overall, this update significantly improves the discoverability of our scenario library.
⚙ How It Works
Scenarios are now displayed in uniform cards that show:
Main image
Short description (with hover-to-expand)
Tags, Scenario Type, Exercise Duration, and Audience
Cards include:
“Add to My Projects” button for instant use
“View Assets” button that opens a side panel preview—no need to navigate away
Search bar supports filtering by tag, type, keyword, or scenario name
List is paginated for performance, but search helps find content quickly
No more clicking into multiple pages—all key info is shown upfront
Use Case Example A scenario designer prepping for a cybersecurity training session can now search by tags like “phishing” or “compliance,” hover over any card to read the full description, and preview all related assets—all without leaving the page. This speeds up content selection.
