Capturing Observations

Observers are a designated role that allows individuals other than the Facilitator to access the Facilitator Dashboard.

While Facilitators oversee and manage the entire exercise, Observers focus on capturing specific participant behaviours and performance insights.

Observers can use tools like the Assessment Toolkit, Checklist, or AAR (After-Action Review) features to document their observations and support a detailed review of the exercise.

Locate the Assessment Toolkit in the Review tab in the Facilitator Dashboard. The checklist and AAR features are both special permissions which need to be assigned in the Teams tab in order for them to appear.
