Telegraph simulates apps like Telegram. It is a purely broadcasting channel, whereby injects can be delivered via personas only. Players can interact with posts solely by upvoting 👍 or downvoting 👎 persona posts.

Use cases for Telegraph include simulating a one-way chatroom consisting of important updates e.g. a protest group/local community.
