Registration is how you identify participants to your exercise. Conducttr offers several options to suit different needs of security, privacy and convenience.

Whitelist players or a domain
Add the prompt for team members to be able to choose the team.
You'll find all the registration options in the Configuration area under Participants.
Select the Teams table to pre-register participants (see the Teams section for details)

If you don't have player details in advance of the exercise and it's desirable to put players into different teams, you can move them in the Facilitator Dashboard but you can also ask players to select a team on registration. To turn on this option, click the selector (see image above - 2) to "on".

Fast, easy access for players
Players are anonymous unless questions collect personal information

Email Registration
Player history is remembered cross devices
Player identified by email address
Email address doesn't need to be player's actual real-life email address
Access can be restricted to whitelisted email addresses
2-step Registration
Email address must be verified by the player
Password reset will be sent to verified email address
Welcome email and password reset emails are customisable
Able to restrict access to whitelisted email addresses
2-step Registration with mobile
Email address must be verified by the player
Phone number must be verified by the player

Registration with Click-to-play
Players offered chance to try the experience with click-to-play before committing their email address with registration
Passcode registration
Email address is not required.
Only password which can be set by the scenario designer is mandatory.
Able to add first name, last name as optional or can be made mandatory.

Able to restrict access to whitelisted email address.
Available as an additional registration for email or can be used on its own.
