# About Colibri

## What is Colibri?

Colibri is Conducttr's solution for **self-paced, event-driven scenario-based training** (no facilitator required!).

It uses the usual team-based license features you may already be familiar with and **turns policies, procedures, and risks into short, interactive experiences that staff can complete on their own**. Designers can create exercises in minutes, publish instantly, and track completion and performance across the organisation.

## Key Benefits

Colibri allows organisations to deliver training more widely with less effort. Experiences are f**ast to create, simple to test, and can be fun** for staff to complete. Designers can generate a first version automatically using our AI after providing a policy or procedure and then customise as needed.

Reporting provides visibility of **reach, completion, and behavioural performance**.

## Typical Scenarios

Colibri is ideal for short, focused interventions such as:

* Security and cyber hygiene training
* Crisis escalation walkthroughs
* Business continuity drills
* Policy and process validation
* Compliance reminders
* Role-specific micro-exercises ahead of larger team simulations

## Reporting Overview

{% hint style="info" %}
When you upload your Colibri exercise, make sure you have a **facilitator uploaded to the space**. The exercise isn't facilitated but you need someone with privileged access to access the reports.
{% endhint %}

Colibri has reporting that highlights **completion, participation patterns, and question-level performance**. Reports help identify where staff struggle, which decisions indicate risk, and where follow-up training may be needed. Insights can be viewed per exercise or across the full library to track organisational readiness over time.
