Live Scribe

AI transcription and summarisation

Setup

1

Add Transcribe persona

.. update your exercise with a persona called Transcribe

2

Check your Master Events List

In the Editor, check that the top line of Facilitator Guidance for each inject is unique. The Live Scribe app will log summaries and decisions against this.

3

BYOP?

Consider creating a prompt using the Bring Your Own Prompt feature to analyse the recorded events at the end of the exercise.

4

Create a new project

Add your space ID and the unique UUID we provide and you're good to go!

Operation

Before the start of the exercise:

  1. select the correct mic (or choose video call if online)

  2. click "start streaming" to check the speech to transcription

  3. click "record" to begin capturing and sending summaries to Conducttr

Summaries

Summaries and decisions are posted to the Log channel (renamed in the screenshot below to Transcript).

Add an after-action review comment to ensure the right content appears in the AAR report

Remove unwanted content

All summaries are posted to the project log channel as they happen but you can delete entries in the Live Scribe app so they're not included in the AI-generated report.

Generate report

Live Scribe has its own report built from the decisions and summaries. This is in addition to Conducttr's AAR report. Use the copy button to combine them via pasting into the AAR report.
