# Assistants

There are a range of AI Assistants available from the drop-down in the top left corner.

### LISA

**LISA will create a MEL in a .csv file format** while the others are more conversational and will help develop ideas. Conversations can are saved for 30 days and can be re-joined during this period. They are permanently deleted after this period.
