⭐Verifier

The Verifier is an exercise checker in the Editor which surfaces issues as you build, helping you avoid last minute configuration-mismatches before publishing and running exercises.

In the Editor

You'll find the Verifier in the top right-hand corner of your Editor next to Designing for... and Run Exercise.

Click on the 🔔 bell icon to see suggestions/errors. In this example, the designer is being urged to check:

• Social graph for MicroBlog

• Facilitator Dashboard settings (Reports) in Configuration

The Verifier will direct you to the correct place in the Editor to rectify the issue e.g. Go to personas area , while also giving you the option to Ignore should you wish to:

Once issues are rectified, they are automatically cleared from the Verifier panel. In this example, reports have been enabled:

Before publishing

Before publishing, you can run a final check using the Verifier to catch any remaining issues. After selecting Run exercise, find the Verifier in the Publish your exercise window:

This helps to ensure your exercise runs as intended for both players and Facilitators.
