# Facilitator Dashboard

*Facilitator Dashboard* is a fundamental element of your Conducttr suite. This dashboard lives in a dedicated URL that you will be able to access from any modern browser. The link to your unique *Facilitator Dashboard* can be found in your *Scenario Editor.*

The Facilitator and Observer will have access to the Facilitator Dashboard. There is only 1 **facilitator** role in Conducttr. Their job is to manage the exercise. There can be multiple **observers**. Their job is to observe the training audience and report on their performance.&#x20;

The Facilitator Dashboard is split into three screens, player view, utilities panel and the MEL.&#x20;

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th></th><th></th><th></th><th data-hidden data-card-target data-type="content-ref"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Player view</strong> </td><td>Allows facilitator to access exercise as any given player, so they can track how injects are published or they can interact as role-players with other participants using <em>impersonation.</em></td><td></td><td></td></tr><tr><td><strong>Utilities panel</strong></td><td>The utilities panel of the Facilitator Dashboard is divided in different tabs.</td><td></td><td><a href="#utilities-panel">#utilities-panel</a></td></tr><tr><td><strong>Exercise Control</strong></td><td>the Exercise Control panel displays your exercise Event lists (MELs). There, you can see the progress of the exercise and click to publish or pause injects. </td><td></td><td><a href="facilitator-dashboard/master-events-list">master-events-list</a></td></tr></tbody></table>

## Customising the Facilitator Dashboard view&#x20;

The Facilitator Dashboard can be configured in either a three-screen or two-screen mode. The three-screen setup enables you to monitor and manage more aspects of the exercise simultaneously, while the two-screen mode allows for a more focused view, with the MEL and one additional screen displayed at a time.

### Screenlock

Screenlock allows Facilitators to securely lock their dashboard during an ongoing exercise without interrupting the flow of the activity. This feature provides two main options:

1. **Manual Lock**: The facilitator can manually lock the dashboard at any time, such as when they need to step away briefly. The exercise continues without interruption, and the dashboard remains inaccessible until the facilitator returns and unlocks it with their password.
2. **Auto Lock with Timer**: The facilitator can set a timer to automatically lock the dashboard after a specified period of inactivity. This is useful for maintaining security while multitasking. If the facilitator leaves the screen unattended for the set duration, the dashboard locks automatically, but the exercise continues running. The facilitator can unlock it upon their return by entering their password.
